Giovanni Tinetti began to coltivate the region of the guie (natural springs used in ancient times for hump cultivation) in the beginning of the past century.
It was his passion and the one of his doughter Caterina that passed on to her son-in-law Enrico Roletto.
It was him, in the early ’80 that with ambition, started to expand the vineyard and diversify the vine-grapes varieties adding at the time the cultivation of the Erbaluce vine-grape. This vineyard is still at present the “foundations” of the estate.
